Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed container that is sealingly closed through the laser welding in which the stored content can be easily taken out and at the same time it may provide some superior characteristics such as seal opening, seal closing and anti-pressure characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a sealed container including a resin container 1 having at least a bottom part 2 and side walls 3 and a lid member 10 welded and fixed to the resin container 1, wherein the lid member 10 is formed with an opening 15 for use in taking out the stored content, the opening 15 is sealingly closed with a seal member 20 that can be peeled off and at the same time an opening peripheral edge 16 can be flexed upwardly and/or downward.
