Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for properly switching and reproducing moving image data picked up in different frame rates. SOLUTION: A normal frame rate stream-decoding part 68 decodes a stream of a normal frame rate and outputs a frame for a moving image of a normal frame rate. A high frame rate stream-decoding part 72 decodes a stream of a frame rate higher than a normal one about at least a partial scene included in the stream of the normal frame rate and outputs a frame of a moving image of a frame rate higher than the normal one. When changing a frame rate of a moving image that is currently reproduced, a frame selecting part 62 reproduces the frame rate of a stream of the moving image to be reproduced before and after switching, while performing the gradual switching from a frame rate before the switching to a frame rate after the switching.
