OPERATION ANALYSIS DEVICE, OPERATION ANALYSIS METHOD, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation analysis device allowing efficient finding of a range of a value of an operation factor wherein variation of quality data becomes large in a process wherein the variation of the quality data changes by the operation factor. SOLUTION: The operation analysis device includes: a data input part inputted with operation factor data and the quality data; an operation factor space division part setting a plurality of division candidate points wherein an operation factor space is divided; a probability density function calculation part calculating a variation index in a local area by use of a probability density function using the quality data as a probability variable about each local area of the operation factor space divided in the division candidate points; a maximum variation model selection part determining the division candidate point for generating the local area wherein the variation index calculated about each local area becomes maximum as a decision division point, and performing decision division of the operation factor space; a redivision target area decision part deciding necessity/unnecessity of redivision about the local area of the operation factor space performed with the decision division; and an analysis result display part displaying an analysis result.
