Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily peelable film which has both of non-adsorptivity and easy peelability and is prevented from being cracked when heat-sealed and to provide a lid material film obtained by using the easily peelable film. SOLUTION: The easily peelable film contains: 80-99 wt.% isophthalic acid-modified polyethylene terephthalate resin which has 20-30 mol% copolymerization ratio of an isophthalic acid component and 70-75°C glass transition temperature (Tg); 1-20 wt.% amorphous polyester resin having 15-30°C glass transition temperature (Tg); and 0-19 wt.% ethylene-based copolymer containing an epoxy group.
