Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulated substance as an oral solid preparation that has excellent temporal stability and contains an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. SOLUTION: The granulated substance is obtained by granulating an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor or a mixture of the inhibitor and a basic amino acid with a gastrosoluble polymer. Preferably the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of fluvastatin, atorvastatin, pitavastatin, rosuvastatin and their salts. Preferably the basic amino acid is arginine, lysine or histidine. Preferably the gastrosoluble polymer is a polyvinyl acetal diethyl aminoacetate or an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer.
