Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in recent years, lead-free glass is requested and bismuth-based frit glass is gradually used, and an alkali metal is added to the bismuth-based frit glass to lower the melting point thereof, but since the added alkali metal moves to a semiconductor or a glass substrate to change the resistance value thereof, an alkali metal-free composition is preferable and the conventional glass composition has insulation properties but no electric conductivity. SOLUTION: An electroconductive glass paste composition is made to have electric conductivity by using a vanadium-based electroconductive glass composition as a glass composition of an original glass paste composition. The electroconductive glass paste composition is made to be free from lead, to contain no alkali metal and to be fired at low temperature.
