SOLUTION: The luminaire 10 includes: a light source 13; a cylindrical hood 16 extending to the lower side of the light source 13 and having a light absorbing surface 23 on the inner face; and an auxiliary reflecting plate 17 arranged on the lower part of the hood 16, and having an opening portion 29 for passing direct light from the light source 13 through a central portion and a mirror surface 30 on the inner face.
