MIXING RATIO ESTIMATION METHOD OF TWO KINDS OF POWDERS CONTAINED IN HYDRAULIC POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly estimating a mixing ratio of two kinds of powders by applying a color difference meter in place of a conventional management method. SOLUTION: In the mixing ratio estimation method, the mixing ratio of the two kinds of powders contained in the hydraulic powder is estimated by : filling a transparent glassy or resinous container with hydraulic powder formed by mixing two kinds of powders wherein a brightness difference (ΔL: absolute value) of Lab color system hue display shows 10 or more; placing the bottom surface of the container on an irradiation port of light of the color difference meter; determining an L-value, an a-value and a b-value when irradiating the bottom surface of the container with light; and calculating a color difference (ΔE) from a difference with an L-value, an a-value and a b-value of a single powder of either of the two kinds of powders determined similarly beforehand.
