Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total of power consumption of fan power and power consumption of pump power of a cooling tower when cooling is performed by utilizing free cooling of the cooling tower. SOLUTION: This cooling system includes a simulator 51 performing simulation to determine the total value of power consumptions of a cooling tower fan 10, and pumps 2, 4 while applying at least a temperature of cooling water of a cooling water outlet 1a and a temperature of cold water of a first heat exchanger outlet 11a as input values, a control value acquiring section 52 changing the input values of the cooling water temperature and the cold water temperature to input them to the simulator 51, and acquiring an invertor frequency of the cooling tower fan 10 of the cooling tower to minimize the total value of the power consumptions from a result of the simulator, and an invertor frequency of the pump 2 within a range not over an upper limit value of the invertor frequency of the predetermined pump 2 as the optimum values, and a control value setting section 53 for setting the acquired control value.
