NATURAL WOOD DECORATIVE VENEER FINISH NONFLAMMABLE BUILDING MATERIAL FOR EXTERIOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural wood decorative veneer finish nonflammable building material for the exterior, that can maintain fine appearance as an external facing material over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The natural wood decorative veneer finish nonflammable building material for the exterior used as the external facing material for building includes a base material obtained by uniformly dispersing a water absorption inhibitor in calcium silicate; a non-solvent type self-infiltrating impregnant applied to the surface of the base material; a decorative veneer formed by applying predetermined dimension stabilizing treatment; an aqueous polymer isocyanate-based adhesive for bonding the decorative veneer to the base material; and acrylic silicone-based coating applied to the surface of the decorative veneer. The dimension stabilizing treatment is applied to the decorative veneer by dipping it in a polyethylene glycol aqueous solution, applying the polyethylene glycol aqueous solution or applying a silicone modified isocyanate compound.
