Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual waterproof door device which is easily made low in height and miniaturized and makes the rising and storage operation of a waterproof door safely and easily. SOLUTION: The waterproof door device is adapted to enclose a waterproof door in a substantially horizontal state in a storage part provided in the floor face of a doorway and to block the doorway when the waterproof door turns into a rising state. The waterproof door includes a plurality of turning arms to which restoring force is added to push up the rear face side of the waterproof door by the tip parts of the arms, and is provided with the difference in the restoring forces of the plurality of turning arms.
