Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous emulsion composition including hardened oil derived from animals and plants as a main material that can maintain a stable emulsified state over a long period of time under natural environment. SOLUTION: The aqueous emulsion composition contains, along with the hardened oil derived from animals and plants, (A) a wax-like material having a melting point of 26-60°C and a solubility parameter value of 8.2 or less, (B) a product of addition polymerization of ethylene oxide to aliphatic primary alcohol having an average molecular weight of 400-700, and a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 10-16, in water.
