Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-adhesive polyester film for solar cells excellent in adhesion to a sealant and also excellent in hydrolysis resistance and long-term thermal stability. SOLUTION: The easily-adhesive polyester film for solar cells is a polyester film having a coating layer at least one surface thereof. The polyester film includes polyester as a main constituent, polymerized using a polycondensation catalyst containing aluminum and/or a compound thereof and a phosphorus compound having an aromatic group in a molecule. The polyester film has a film thickness of 10-500 μm, a carboxyl-terminal concentration relative to the polyester of 25 eq/ton or less, and an intrinsic viscosity (IV) of 0.60-0.90 dl/g. The coating layer includes a polyurethane resin including aliphatic-based polycarbonate polyol as a constituent and a crosslinking agent as principal components. The easily-adhesive polyester film for solar cells has a ratio (A1460/A1530) of an absorbance around 1,460 cm-1(A1460) derived from an aliphatic-based polycarbonate component to an absorbance around 1,530 cm-1(A1530) derived from an urethane component in infrared spectra of 0.50 to 1.55.
