Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire tool in which a wire itself of the electro-deposition wire tool having a plurality of super-abrasive grains fixed onto an outer peripheral surface of the wire by electro-deposition is suitably wetted to a machining liquid of wide range, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The electro-deposition wire tool 1 including a plurality of diamond abrasive grains 5 fixed onto the outer peripheral surface of the wire 4 by electro-deposition includes a fine projection structure having surface roughness Ra of 0.05-1 μm on the surface of the wire 4 and includes metal particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-2 μm on the surface of the wire.
