Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seaming apparatus which applies seaming to an object to which the seaming is to be applied while the object is put into a static condition and also has simplified structure as apparatus itself. SOLUTION: The seaming apparatus is configured to bond a first workpiece and a second workpiece together by applying bending to a first flange of the first workpiece and a second flange of the second workpiece, and includes a direction regulation mechanism 136 which regulates the moving direction of a working roller so as to move the roller only in a first direction and also selectively releases the regulation of the moving direction of the working roller.
