METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SURFACE SHAPE TRANSFERRING RESIN SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a surface shape transferring resin sheet, by which a surface coat liquid is uniformly applied to the fine rugged surface of the resin sheet even when a large amount of the surface coat liquid is not used. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the resin sheet which includes a process of applying an antistatic agent to the upper surface 76 of the laminated resin sheet 53, as a mechanism for applying the antistatic agent, a coating roll 73 for conveying the laminated resin sheet 53 in the horizontal direction in an attitude that the upper surface 76 faces upward and always comes into contact with the upper surface 76 and an auxiliary roll 74 which comes into rotation contact with the coating roll 73 with an inclined angle of θ° and secures a liquid reservoir part 81 to accumulate the antistatic agent in a part being in contact with the coating roll 73 in cooperation with the coating roll 73 are provided. The antistatic agent supplied into a liquid reservoir 81 and stuck on the circumferential surface 77 of the coating roll 73 is uniformly applied to the upper surface 76 by pressing the upper surface 76 of the laminated resin sheet 53 with the circumferential surface 77 of the coating roll 73.
