Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine for reducing cloth entanglement and the deviation of cloth due to pulsator stirring. SOLUTION: A controller 24 controls a motor 16 to turn on/off and to normally/inversely rotate, obtains an output signal such as a current from the motor 16 by the rotation of a pulsator 14 in the washing process and the rinsing process. According to the output signal, a pattern is selected among a plurality of predetermined normal/inverse rotation patterns and the pattern is executed in the washing process and the rinsing process. This constitution can suppress the inferior starting due to cloth entanglement when starting the spin-drying to execute the smooth spin-drying and solve the problems of abnormal vibration and abnormal noise of the product when starting the spin-drying due to the deviation of the cloth.
