Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner capable of continuing power generation without lowering generation power if a reverse flow is generated, even if an excessive power consuming means such as a heater is not equipped. SOLUTION: The power conditioner 3 includes a converter unit 10 for converting a DC voltage generated by a generator 1 into a predetermined voltage, and an inverter unit 11 for converting a DC voltage output from the converter unit 10 into an AC voltage and supplying the converted voltage to a commercial power supply system. The power conditioner 3 includes: a converter control unit 15C for controlling the output voltage of the converter unit 10 so that the DC link voltage Vdc of the inverter unit 11 may approximate to a target voltage value Vt higher than the system maximum voltage, and an inverter control unit 15D for controlling the output current of the inverter unit 11 so that the reverse flow returns to a forward flow. If the DC link voltage Vdc exceeds the target voltage value Vt in reverse flow, the converter control unit 15C reduces the output voltage of the converter unit 10 more quickly than in forward flow.
