SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING DISASTER PREVENTION INFORMATION DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling disaster prevention information display for reducing a delay time by content generation by directly displaying disaster prevention information requiring urgency without utilizing a content generation function on a video screen by terrestrial digital broadcast. SOLUTION: This system for controlling disaster prevention information display includes: a disaster prevention information character conversion part for converting disaster prevention monitoring data from a video imaging part to character data; a video character synthesization part for combining image data from a disaster prevention monitoring part with the character data to be output; a content generation part for generating a disaster prevention information content from the disaster prevention monitoring data to be output; and a broadcast organization part for encoding the video data with the character data combined therewith to be output, and multiplexing the disaster prevention information content on the video data from the video imaging part to be output.
