Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for substitutionally performing processing of cancellation or the like of a Web service when a user oneself of the Web service cannot continue utilization by some reason. SOLUTION: A system management device 1 can be connected to a user terminal 2 and servers 4, 5 of Web service provision sources via the Internet. The system management device 1 includes: a contract reception means 11 receiving contract contents from the user; a contract content storage means 9; a service utilization situation monitoring means 12 monitoring a utilization situation of the Web service by the user; a service pre-cancellation confirmation means 13 confirming whether the user is in a state that the user cannot continue the utilization, according to a result of the monitoring; and a service cancellation execution means 14 substitutionally performing a cancellation procedure of the Web service when it is decided that the user cannot continue the utilization.
