Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial for producing a stereoscopic effect without increasing a thickness dimension and improving appearance while reducing manufacturing cost, and to provide a timepiece including the dial. SOLUTION: The dial 4 is constituted by stacking first and second metal plates 4A, 4B. First and second openings 440, 450 are formed in the first and second metal plates, respectively, and first and second inclined surfaces 441, 451 are formed at first and second opening peripheral units 44, 45, respectively for dividing and forming the first and second openings 440, 450 by press surface processing to allow exposure to a surface side of the dial 4.
