Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance machining accuracy of a tube material and improve quality of a tube member. SOLUTION: A tube machining apparatus includes a first grasping member for grasping the one end of the tube material, a second grasping member movably arranged and grasping the other end of the tube material, a heating element arranged at the predetermined place of the machining area of the tube material set between the first and second grasping members and locally heating the annular part to be heated of the tube material, a moving processing means for moving the second grasping member, a heating means for driving the heating element while the second grasping member is moved and heating the part to be heated, and a moving speed change processing means for changing the moving speed of the second grasping member. The diameter contraction amount or the diameter expansion amount of the tube material can be changed by changing a speed to pull the tube material or a speed to pressurize the tube material, therefore the tube material with a complicated shape can be formed.
