Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell capable of effective utilization of light and excelling in photoelectric conversion efficiency, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This thin-film solar cell includes, on a translucent substrate 1, a first electrode layer 2 formed of a transparent conductive film, a first photoelectric conversion layer 3 for performing photoelectric conversion, an intermediate layer 4, a second photoelectric conversion layer 5 for performing photoelectric conversion, a second electrode layer 7 in this order. In the thin-film solar cell, a first texture structure 2a having a plurality of irregularities is formed on a light incident side of the first photoelectric conversion layer 3; a second texture structure 4a having a plurality of irregularities is formed on the light incident side of the second photoelectric conversion layer 5 and between the first photoelectric conversion layer 3 and the second photoelectric conversion layer 5; the formation interval P1 of the irregularities in the first texture structure 2a is shorter than the wavelength of light used for photoelectric conversion in the second photoelectric conversion layer 5; and the formation interval P2 of the irregularities in the second texture structure 4a is longer than the formation interval P1 of the irregularities in the first texture structure 2a.
