Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell or the like superior in durability and power generation characteristics. SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar cell is constructed of a conductive base material, a porous semiconductor layer which is arranged on the conductive base material and contains metal oxide particulates on which a sensitized dye is carried, a counter electrode which is arranged opposed to the porous semiconductor layer, and an electrolyte layer which is arranged between the porous semiconductor layer and the counter electrode and contains a redox pair, ion liquid, and styrene-butadiene rubber.
