Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit which can reduce the variation in timing of rising of an output voltage, and a display device including the driving circuit. SOLUTION: A buffer circuit 1 includes an inverter circuit 10 and an inverter circuit 20, which are connected in series each other. The inverter circuit 20 includes circuits (three transistors Tr21, Tr22, TR23) which function as inverters, and a threshold correction circuit 21 which corrects the gate voltages Vgof the transistors Tr21, Tr22.
