Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation diagnostic device for a three-dimensional structure and a heat dissipation diagnostic program for accurately diagnosing heat dissipation, from a side surface of a three-dimensional structure and estimate and calculate the emission of carbon dioxide on the urban structures as a whole, thereby contributing to emission reduction on national unit. SOLUTION: When an upper surface such as a roof/rooftop and a side surface of a three-dimensional structure are simultaneously photographed by an infrared camera from a direction forming a prescribed angle with a vertical direction to produce an infrared image, the surface temperature of the three-dimensional structure is calculated by a surface temperature calculator 38. Thermally deformed spots with high of heat dissipation are determined by a thermally-deformed spot determiner 40, from the surface temperature of the three-dimensional structure. The height of the deformed spot is calculated by a height calculator 42, and electric power consumption is found from the surface temperature of the three-dimensional structure and converted into the carbon dioxide emission by a carbon dioxide converter 44. A display control unit 46 causes a display 26 to display the infrared image acquired by the infrared camera, the temperatures of the thermally-deformed spots calculated by the temperature calculator 38, the carbon dioxide emission calculated by the carbon dioxide converter 44, and so on.
