SOLUTION: A heat insulating partition plate 4 including a vacuum heat insulating material 41 having a flat plate shape includes a frame 42 extending along an edge of the vacuum heat insulating material 41 and having a first frame member 421 arranged to cover a surface and a back face of the vacuum heat insulating material 41 at its edge. The first frame member 421 is formed with a storage area S for storing a fin part 413 generated by folding and overlapping ear parts 412a, 412b of a film 412 composing the vacuum heat insulating material 41 by contact of a projection part 4211 projecting inward to an outer end surface 41a of the vacuum heat insulating material 41.
