SOLUTION: The opening and closing valve 20 with the opening display function includes a valve casing 22, a closing member 24, a valve lid 26, a penetrating rotary shaft 28, a cup-shaped handle 100, and an opening display mechanism 102. The cup-shaped handle 100 has a cup-shaped shell 112, and a sun gear 114. The cup-shaped shell 112 has a transparent part 112a. The opening display mechanism 102 includes a casing 120, an opening display member 122, and a planetary gear 124. The casing 120 has a view window 120b. The view window 120b is arranged to be opposed to the transparent part 112a. The opening display member 122 and the planetary gear 124 are stored in the casing 120.
