Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition with low air permeability and superior elasticity, as well as to provide a sheet made of the resin composition, a multilayer structure, and a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by blending an aqueous polyester (A) with an inorganic laminar compound (B). Besides, there are provided the sheet made of the resin composition, the multilayer structure comprising a layer made of the resin composition and a substrate layer, and the pneumatic tire comprising the layer made of the resin composition.
