PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device capable of improving skew correction accuracy, and to provide an image forming device and an image reading device. SOLUTION: A sheet conveying device 20 sucks a sheet S with an endless belt 35a, and conveys to a pair of resist rollers 30A and 30B for turning the sheet S in response to the skew amount of the sheet S to correct skew of the sheet S. When the pair of resist rollers 30A and 30B turn the sheet S to correct skew of the sheet S, a control section for controlling the strength of the suction force by suction parts 35b and 35c, which generate the suction force for sucking the sheet S to the endless belt 35a, controls the suction parts 35b and 35c so as to reduce the strength of the suction force from a strength capable of sucking the sheet S to the endless belt 35a to a strength capable of turning the sheet S with the pair of resist rollers 30A and 30B.
