ELEVATOR CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device maintaining comfortableness when starting without needing the operation of a switch in a control panel by a maintenance person. SOLUTION: The elevator control device is adapted to obtain hoisting machine electric motor torque from an in-cage load measured using a relation between the predetermined in-cage load and hoisting machine electric motor torque and to add the obtained hoisting machine electric motor torque to a driving sheave when starting, thereby maintaining comfortableness when starting. The elevator control device measures the moving amount of a cage when the cage under no load of the measured in-cage load is started, stores the measured moving amount of the cage and a state out of a reference range when the measured moving amount of the cage is out of the predetermined reference range, and corrects the hoisting machine electric motor torque or corrects a balance device for measuring the in-cage load when at least one floor outside the range reference appears.
