DISPLAY CONTROL SYSTEM AND DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep introduction cost of a system low by receiving operation input from a user to a display screen with comparatively simple processing. SOLUTION: A processing control device 3 includes an area setting means 41 displaying at least one icon that indicates a range of a button for receiving operation input from the user H, in a position included in an imaging range of a camera 2 out of a display screen 11 to a projector 1, and a determining means 42 determining the presence of operation input. The area setting means 41 sets a detection area to a range corresponding to each button on the picked-up image obtained by the camera 2. The determining means 42 monitors the presence of a change in the image in the detection area form the picked-up images acquired at any time, and determines that there is the operation input from the user H to the button corresponding to the detection area when the image in the detection area changes.
