INFORMATION INPUT SYSTEM AND INFORMATION INPUT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input system that allows a user to input a subjectivity level without prejudice. SOLUTION: The information input system is provided with: a storage means for storing a question; a touch-panel input display means for displaying the question stored in the storage means, and accepting an answer to the question by touch input; and a display processing means for displaying, when the question is to be answered using a rating scale, the question, an adjective pair concerning the rating scale, a scale bar which connects both ends of the rating scale on the input display means, and simultaneously determining an effective answer area on the input display means, and displaying, when the touch input is confirmed in the effective answer area, a scale determination cursor at the touch position of the input display means.
