HOSPITAL RECEPTION SYSTEM AND DEPARTMENT SORTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospital reception system which can present a department suited for the diagnosis of a patient. SOLUTION: A reception terminal device 4 transmits interview sheet data showing the content of an interview sheet input by a patient to a department sorting device 1. Based on the content of the interview sheet, the department sorting device 1 extracts candidates for a department diagnosing the patient from a plurality of departments, and transmits an inquiry request as to whether diagnosis is possible and the interview sheet data to a department terminal device 5A or the like which is installed in each of the candidates for the department. The department terminal device 5A or the like transmits information indicating whether diagnosis is possible, input by a doctor, to the department sorting device 1. The department sorting device 1 determines the department that diagnoses the patient based on the content of an answer sent from the department terminal device 5A or the like, and transmits information indicating the determined department to the reception terminal device 4.
