STOCK INFORMATION PROVISION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock information provision system for efficiently assisting a customer to decide whether to buy or sell a stock by providing index data of a trade date and index data of the current date for the stocks of the customer, according to the length of a holding period for comparing the indexes. SOLUTION: In the stock information provision system, a holding period decision means decides whether a holding period is long or short, an index calculation/comparison means for short period calculates indexes for short period of a trade date and the current date, and compares them to acquire a comparison result, an index calculation/comparison means for long period calculates indexes for long period of the trade date and the current date, and compares them to acquire a comparison result, a stock price chart display means displays a stock price chart of the stock designated by the customer on a display screen of a customer PC 5, and displays a mark corresponding to the trade date in reference to a trading history DB 21, and an index display means displays the calculated index data of the trade date, the calculated index data of the current date, and the comparison result when the mark is designated.
