Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared sensor module for reducing thermal noise and detecting the infrared rays, in an accurate and reliable manner. SOLUTION: The infrared sensor module includes an infrared sensor element 30 disposed on a substrate 10 and receiving infrared signals; a signal processing circuit element 40 for processing output of the infrared sensor element 30; and a metal case 20 that is provided separately from the infrared sensor element 30 by a prescribed distance, includes an incidence window, having an optical system (lens 22) for performing image formation of an external infrared signal in the infrared sensor element 30, and houses the infrared sensor element 30 and the signal processing circuit element 40, and the substrate 10.
