Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in spectroscopic analyzers that use light or electromagnetic waves, such that the measurement of true spectral information is disturbed due to inclusion of spectral information of cell material, as well as, multiple interference effect by a cell overlapping a signal as noise since liquid samples are measured, while being sandwiched by a cell formed of a material, such as glass. SOLUTION: In the spectroscopic analyzers which uses light or electromagnetic waves, spectral signals with less noise can be measured, without using the cell, by used of a liquid thin-film forming device which uses a nozzle directly forming a thin film from a liquid sample and has interference effect eliminating function by a sonic or ultrasonic vibrator for eliminating interferences of the nozzle which are defects.
