Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal plate, which can be easily produced from optimal materials matching the usage environment of a movement guide device and can be produced simply at low cost, for the movement guide device. SOLUTION: The seal plate 40 is mounted on a mobile block 2 moving along a track rail 1 to apply a lubricating oil to the track rail 1 according to the movement of the mobile block 2. The seal plate 40 is constructed of a base material of woven or nonwoven fabric; and a binder component 40b locally binding fibers 40a, which are dispersed in the base material and form the woven or nonwoven fabric, together.
