BUMP CUSHION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bump cushion surely preventing coming-off of a cup of a cushion rubber, and enabling the cushion rubber to be attached easily to the cup. SOLUTION: The bump cushion 1 is attached to an end of a rod 6 in a damper D with an air spring including a cylinder 5, the rod 6 inserted in the cylinder 5, and the air spring S interposed between the cylinder 5 and the rod 6 with an air chamber G formed around the rod, and moreover, abuts on a bump stopper 7 fixed in the end of the cylinder 5 and limits the contraction of the damper D with the air spring. The bump cushion 1 includes the cup 2 fixed in the end of the rod 6, and the cylindrical cushion rubber 3 inserted in the cup 2. The cup 2 includes an annular bottom part 2a, an outer cylinder 2cb stood from the outer periphery of the bottom part 2a, in which the base end 3a of the cushion rubber 3 is inserted, and an inner cylinder 2c stood from the inner periphery of the bottom part 2a and fitted in the inner periphery of the base end 3a of the cushion rubber 3.
