Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter enabling efficient ventilation at all times irrespective of use or nonuse of the shutter and eliminating a need for forming a hole for ventilation in a wall skeleton without using an air intake fan by using a shutter box. SOLUTION: A ventilation port 21 is formed on an outdoor side of the shutter box 19 arranged on an upper part of a sash of a building. A ventilation device 23 introducing the outside air indoors and/or discharging the indoor air to the atmosphere is arranged on a rear face side of the shutter box 19.
