SOLUTION: The laser beam irradiation unit 61 includes: a unit case 67 provided at the upper part of a molding tank 21 in an upper frame 5 so as to be movable in the upper and lower directions; case moving mechanisms 69, 71, 73 moving the unit case 67 in the upper and lower directions; a collimator lens 85 provided at the inside of the unit case 67 movably in an optical axis direction and further converting the laser light L into a parallel light; a collimator lens moving mechanism 87 provided at the inside of the unit case 67 and also moving the collimator lens 85 in the optical axis direction; a galvano optical scanner 89 provided at the inside of the unit case 67 and also two-dimensionally scanning the laser light; and an Fθlens 99 provided at the inside of the unit case 67, also condensing the laser light L, and vertically emitting the laser light L from the upper direction to the powder layer T.
