Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-rinsing type hair cosmetic that suppresses a dry feeling and a starchy feeling of the hair, provides the hair with combing property, feel of cohesiveness and luster and does not contain a silicone compound. SOLUTION: The non-rinsing type hair cosmetic includes (A) at least one of an ester oil that is liquid at normal temperature and a viscosity at 20°C of 3-100 mPa s and (B) at least one of a vegetable oil that is liquid at normal temperature and has a mixing ratio (mass ratio) of the component (A) to the component (B) of 10:0.1 to 1:3 and does not contain a silicone compound.
