PAPER FEEDER AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder and an image forming device mounted with the same, capable of surely carrying at a high speed, for carrying a sheet material up to the next carrying means, while keeping carrying force. SOLUTION: A distance α in the carrying direction of a sheet sucking surface on the periphery of an endless belt 19, is set longer than a distance β up to the next carrying means 8 on and after a sucking-separating means from a contact position with the sheet bundle S tip on the periphery of the endless belt 19 (α>β). Thus, the sucking surface of the endless belt 19 with a sheet material S1 before carrying a sheet, can surely carry the sheet material S1 at a high speed up to the next carrying means 8 composed of carrier roller pairs while keeping the required carrying force without losing the carrying force of the sheet material S1.
