Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually operable parking stand for actualizing the light run of a motorcycle and the stability of a tricycle in high-level combination on the basis of both requirements for a driver such as a mother whose children ride thereon at the front and rear sides or an aged person who has lower physical ability and for a road such as a straight and smooth road or a stepped/uneven road. SOLUTION: For a motorcycle 100, an auxiliary wheel RR is provided on a trailing arm type suspension which has a trailing arm 141 and a strut 150 on a rear wheel part RR. The strut 150 has nonlinear stroke-load characteristics in a range from the gently inclined part of the auxiliary wheel RR for upward slight movement to the steeply inclined part and the vertically rising part thereof for medium-great movement. The steeply inclined part and the vertically rising part are shifted toward the gently inclined part to strengthen the supporting force of the auxiliary wheel RR, and a lever is manually operated on the side face of the rear wheel to lock the stroke of the strut 150.
