Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of a link member by raising the yield of a plate material in manufacturing the link member. SOLUTION: Firstly, matching holes 52 are formed on a band plate 51 in a matching hole boring step. The band plate 51 is sequentially conveyed by a sequentially conveying device with reference to the matching holes 52, and then both end shapes of a link plate on a front passenger seat side are formed on both sides 51a, 51b of the band plate 51 in a chamfering step. After the band plate 51 is sequentially conveyed by the sequentially conveying device in a conveying step, fixing holes 35 and connecting holes 36, 37 are formed on the band plate 51 in a boring step. After the band plate 51 with the fixing holes 35 and the connecting holes 36, 37 is sequentially conveyed by the sequentially conveying device in the conveying step, the sequentially-conveyed band plate 51 is sequentially cut to have the same L-shape for every convey in a range where both the end shapes are formed from a distal end in the longitudinal direction.
