Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back for a bus guide not freely turning even in a state not supporting the bus guide. SOLUTION: The seat back 10 for a bus guide includes a frame 12, a seat back body 14 stored in the frame 12 and having a through-hole 24, a rotary shaft 16 inserted into the through-hole 24 of the seat back body 14 and fixing the seat back body 14 rotatably with respect to the frame 12, a plate 18 arranged in one end of the rotary shaft 16, and a bracket 20 attached to the frame 12 and locking the plate 18 to stop rotation of the rotary shaft 16.
