Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting apparatus and a casting method for casting an inner diameter forming part or the like with high precision. SOLUTION: The casting apparatus casts a cast product provided with an inner circumferential face or an outer circumferential face whose cross-sectional shape is circular. The casting apparatus includes: a main die (17) provided with a cavity (10) at the inside; an insert die (9) combined with the main die (17) to form the inner circumferential face or the outer circumferential face; and an eccentric mechanism part in which, during solidification of the molten metal, the insert die (9) is made eccentric to be rotated, and a clearance is formed between the molten metal being solidified and the insert die (9).
