Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molded, hooked traction elements configured to have at least two crooks. SOLUTION: An insert for attachment to a surgical instrument adapted for contacting tissue, includes a compliant cushion having a tissue-engaging contact surface and having a plurality of hooked traction elements 100 on at least a region of the surface. Preferably, the hooked traction elements are molded. Preferably, the hooked traction elements are configured to have at least one crook 106.
