Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for injecting a solid matter which is simply, intuitively and safely operated, and has a cost-effective and simple structure. SOLUTION: The device for injecting solid matter comprises: a housing 100; a syringe body 200 for holding the solid matter 500, connected to a cannula 220; a primary plunger 230, which can be displaced in the syringe body 200 and in the cannula 220, and a secondary plunger 300, which can be displaced in the housing 100. The device 1 comprises a force-transmission mechanism, which can act between the secondary plunger 300 and the syringe body 200 and/or the cannula 220, wherein an actuation of the secondary plunger 300 in the distal direction can bring about a displacement of the syringe body 200 and/or the cannula 220 in the proximal direction.
