Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit cell manufacturing method for an SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell) using a transfer method, capable of laminating structuring materials of a fuel cell such as a cathode, an anode, electrolyte, and a coupling material in a desired shape with a transfer method, without being given restriction about its size and shape at laminating of the cell structuring materials of a large-area or complex structure, controlling the thickness of the cell structuring materials easily in accordance with the number of laminating layers of transfer paper, and capable of manufacturing a coating film on a support at relatively low cost, in manufacturing a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). SOLUTION: In the unit cell manufacturing method for an SOFC by a transfer method, powder of a cathode, an anode, electrolyte and a coupling material which are structuring materials for a unit cell of the SOFC are mixed with epoxy binders to manufacture paste, the manufactured paste is put under screen printing onto a transfer paper to be then dried, the screened cathode, anode, electrolyte and coupling material are separated by distilled water. They are laminated on a support to be then dried, and the dried support is put under sintering treatment to form a unit cell. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
